What have you done for me lately
Over the past eleven years I have worked for a variety of companies ranging from 18 employees to 18,000. Creative companies...and some not so creative. What I have learned is how to make the best of any situation and to take pride in everything I do. Whether designing a portal for a fortune 500 company to creating a 250 page PowerPoint presentation, I always strive to add a silver lining to each project. Just don't ask for too many PowerPoint miracles.
Been around the block
My background is in Medical Illustration but with most higher education degrees, it has evolved into an amalgam of different creative skillsets. I still illustrate, but my focus for the past ten years has been in interface design, information architecture, and front-end coding. In addition to my web work, I helped produce an EMT text book for Prentice Hall where I was responsible for over 175 illustrations, 400+ photographs, and assisting in the layout production.
